About

BAFSAM aims to:

• Promote, encourage and protect the lawful interest of feed additive, speciality ingredient, feed supplement and premixture industries
• Represent the UK and Irish industries as a national partner organisation of FEFANA
• Provide a voice for the UK and Irish industries at a national and EU level
• Affiliate and collaborate with other bodies in the UK, Ireland and abroad with common interests

BAFSAM works on behalf of members to:

• Maintain and disseminate up to date information on feed additive, speciality feed and supplement legislation in the EU and UK
• Liaise with Competent Authorities in the UK and Ireland
• Provide a platform for negotiations with official bodies on legislative matters pertinent to the UK and Irish industries at a national and EU level
• Provide support on general technical and regulatory issues
